Measuring Instrument Administration (METECH Instrument Organiser)

METECH Instrument Organiser (MIO) is a web based application, that fulfils requirements in ISO/IEC 17025, for Exova METECH customers. The information is coming from Exova METECH's database and is updated automatically when a calibration or service is done in Exova METECH. An agreement with Exova METECH provides customer access to MIO.

MIO main features are:

MIO is accessible from Internet without any extra installations.
MIO contains information about measuring instrument and their service history.
Calibration certificates can be reviewed and down loaded as pdf-files.
Users can add or update information about maintenance, purchase, emplacement, lending.
Users can add new service events (calibration, repair etc.) in the history table.
MIO meets the requirements about documentation for measuring instruments according to ISO/IEC 17025.
High security attained using of SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

User Friendly

MIO web is very simple to navigate through. It contains four pages, “Log in”, “Instrument list”, “Individual instrument” and “User information”.

The page “Instrument list” shows a list of instruments with filtering options, and the page “individual instrument” shows only information about just “that” single instrument.
