MIO - Instrument Organiser
METECH Instrument Organiser (MIO) is a user friendly web based application to help you keep track of your instrument fleet, with easy access to calibration status, history and certificates.
MIO is the tool to help you to reduce your administration time and costs, and at the same time help you to increase instrument utilisation. MIO fulfils the requirements about documentation for measuring instruments according to ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, ISO 10012 and ISO/TS 16949.
Login / Download certificate
MIO Calibration Certificates
You have access to your calibration certificates and reports by filling in Device number (MIO id) and Report number. Log in is not required.
All calibrations and repairs performed by Exova METECH will generate a calibration certificate, or a service report if calibration is not performed.
MIO main features
- MIO is accessible from Internet without any extra installations.
- MIO contains information about measuring instrument and their service history.
- Calibrate certificates can be reviewed and downloaded as pdf-files.
- Users can add or update information about maintenance, purchase, emplacement, lending.
- Users can add new service events (calibration, repair etc.) in the history table.

- High security attained using of SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
Automatic update
The information is coming from Exova METECH's production management system and is updated automatically when a calibration or service is done by Exova METECH.
User friendly
MIO web is very simple to navigate. The page "Instrument list" shows a list of instruments with filtering options, and the page "Instrument" displays detailed information and history of a selected instrument. Depending on the log-in type, users get access to all instruments of the company or just instruments belonging to a selected department.
