Validation of process equipment is extremely important for industries such the pharmaceutical and biotechnical industry. Exova METECH has the experience and capabilities to carry out planning, implementation and result handling of validations.

Accredited laboratory

Exova METECH has a well-equipped laboratory for validation, which can perform ISO/IEC 17025 accredited or traceable validation (testing) within the following parameters:

• Temperature
• Humidity
• Carbon dioxide (CO2)

Report

A test certificate for the validation performed is drawn up, containing documentation for all phases of the validation.

GxP requirements

Our procedures complies with any GxP requirements.

Validation planning

In addition to providing validation measurements, Exova METECH can also take on validation planning, such as preparation of protocol and a test plan. This is carried out in close collaboration with you as our customer. We can also prepare the complete validation report.
